Shipping Policy – Usify
The products sold by Usify are shipped directly from our international suppliers to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
We offer Free Shipping at a fixed cost of $0.00. Estimated delivery time is 20 to 45 business days (after shipment), depending on the destination.
Orders are typically shipped within 3 to 6 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
All shipments include a tracking number, which allows customers to monitor the progress of their delivery.
Note: In certain cases, delivery may be delayed due to logistical issues, customs inspections, public holidays, carrier disruptions, or other external factors beyond our control.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Approximately 99% of orders placed on Usify are delivered without any additional charges. However, in rare cases, an order may be subject to import taxes or customs duties imposed by the destination country's authorities.
If this occurs, the local postal service will notify the customer. The customer is responsible for collecting the package at the designated location and paying the applicable charges.
Usify is not responsible for any reimbursement of taxes, duties, or government-imposed fees.
Postal Handling Fees
All Usify orders are shipped internationally and may be subject to a local handling or processing fee charged by the postal service. This fee is the full responsibility of the customer.
Payment Confirmation
Payment confirmation may take 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment gateway and the credit card provider.
Logistics and Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email or the contact method provided at checkout. The tracking code may take up to 8 business days to be issued after payment is confirmed.
Please inspect the package upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, open, or tampered with, refuse delivery and notify our Customer Support Team immediately.
Multiple Products and Separate Shipments
If your order contains two or more items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability. A unique tracking number will be provided for each item.
Tracking Information and Delivery Attempts
As international shipments go through customs and third-party carriers, tracking updates may take 5 to 20 business days to appear in the system after the tracking number is issued.
Any damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the postal service or carrier.
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping will require payment of new shipping costs.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local postal facility for a limited time. If it is not picked up, the item may be returned to the sender overseas. A new shipment will require further agreement between Usify and the customer.
Import Regulations and Customs Clearance
As Usify ships globally, orders may be subject to customs procedures or import regulations in the destination country. Usify is not responsible for any additional charges, delays, or procedures resulting from customs clearance.
