Exchange & Return Policy – Usify

At Usify, customer satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we have established a clear and transparent exchange and return policy. If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the guidelines below. Before sending any item, please contact our Customer Support Team for instructions.

1. Return Policy

1.1 Right of Withdrawal (Order Cancellation)

Customers may request to cancel their purchase within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

Conditions for return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.
  • The product must be shipped to the address provided by our support team.
  • In this case, Usify will cover the return shipping cost.

Note: Items that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the sender without prior notice.

1.2 Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued according to the original payment method used:

  • Credit Card: The refund may appear within one or two billing cycles, depending on the card issuer.
  • Other payment methods (e.g., bank transfers): The refund will be issued within 10 business days after approval of the return.

2. Exchange Policy

2.1 Exchange Due to Manufacturing Defects

Usify offers a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects.

Procedure:

  • The product must be shipped according to the instructions provided by our Customer Support Team.
  • It must be in its original packaging and accompanied by a proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Technical inspection may take up to 15 business days after the product is received.

If the product is approved for exchange:

The customer may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.
  • Exchange for a different item available on our website (price difference must be paid, if applicable).
  • Request a full refund of the original purchase amount.

If the exchange is denied:

The product will be returned to the customer with a report explaining the reason, and no replacement will be issued.

Reasons for denial include:

  • No defect found after inspection
  • Misuse or customer-caused damage
  • Signs of wear, improper handling, or washing

2.2 Exchanges Due to Size or Color

We do not accept exchanges for incorrect size or color selection. Product sizing and specifications are clearly listed on our website to help you make the right choice.

Note: Merchants are not legally required to offer exchanges based on preference changes such as color, size, or model.

3. Order Cancellation by Usify

Usify reserves the right to cancel orders automatically under certain conditions, such as:

  • Payment failure or inability to charge the credit card
  • Incomplete or invalid customer information
  • Item out of stock

3.1 Refund in Case of Cancellation

If Usify cancels an order, a full refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Refunds may occur in the following situations:

  • Delivery not possible due to incorrect or incomplete address
  • Product unavailable in stock, in which case a full refund or replacement option will be offered
